Needs to be wifi

I could not connect between my iPhone 4s and iPad 2 because to enable Bluetooth I have to activate a personal hotspot through iPhone settings with my carrier Sprint. This means additional monthly charges.
Since I just want to use my phone for taking a photo from my iPad, maybe just once every so often, this isnt worth paying for hotspot.
Upgrade this app for wifi and only then can I use it.
